Our shows are extensively advertised in newspapers, billboards, radio and television. Interested dealers should read the following information to get started.  Also, remember to read our show rules.

Table Pricing

Austin – Hundreds of 8 foot tables @ $70 each
Electricity-$65

Big Town-700 8 foot tables @$80 each

Coriscana - 120 6 foot tables @ $45

Fort Worth – 1,200 8 foot tables @ $80 each

Note: Effective January 2013, the City of Fort Worth has contracted with Lone Star Electric as the electrical provider at the Will Rogers Center.  Vendors are no longer allowed to make their own hookups, but must contact Lone Star Electric at 817-335-8044 to make arrangements for electrical service.  The cost is $80 up to 7 days in advance and $100 when ordered less than 7 days in advance.

Houston (Pasadena) - Hundreds of 8 foot tables @ $80 each

Houston (Stafford) - Hundreds of 8 foot tables @ $80 each

Mesquite Rodeo - 400 8 foot tables @ $70 each

San Antonio – 1000 8 foot tables @ $80 each
Electricity-$65

Waco – 500 8 foot tables @ $70 each

 

Tables are not guaranteed unless paid for and absolutely no reservations will be accepted without payment. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover by phone; checks will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the show. All walk-ins must pay cash. Final reservation approval rests solely with Premier Gun Shows, LLC.

Dealers are required to collect and report sales tax to the Texas Comptrollers Office.   Visit the Comptroller Website for additional information.

Only one rollover permitted per calendar year.  Requests for this rollover must be made  more  than 30 days prior to the show.  Any further adjustments are at the sole discretion of the Show Director.

Tables not set-up by 9am Saturday are forfeited, reverted back to the show and may be resold.
